Our Model Home

Our Model Home is located at 3375 CR 160 Millersburg, OH.
Our office hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. (Monday-Friday) Appointments also available weekday evenings and Saturdays. We recommend that you call ahead of time for your convenience to schedule an appointment. The model home has a 2 car garage, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Kitchen w/ custom build cabinets, Dining Room, Great Room, Sunroom, Large spacious laundry room, large loft used for computer/office area. The basement has a finished family room and Kitchen. With the office included, the model home has 4000 sq. ft.
